Documents matching the search are displayed based on the number of occurrences found, putting those documents with a higher number first.
The documents displayed and the total number of documents found are displayed at the top right. The document type (or document format) is indicated by an icon and the words found are highlighted in the document extract. Clicking a document will take you to a new page or open the document, depending on the type.
The search can be refined through: type, language, keywords: select a type or language or add a keyword to filter the search results. The search can be refined successively but if the number of documents found is still too high, it may be necessary to add some words to the initial search or use some of the search operators which are:

| "" | e.g.: | "Tax Return" finds: all documents containing the words indicated in the order specified; |

| − | e.g.: | forms −return finds: all documents containing the word "forms" but which do not contain the word "return"; |
| ? | e.g: | tax return form ?year 2003 finds: all documents containing the words indicated, applying more weight (or relevance) to those |
