The shareholders' meeting today appointed the new Board of Directors, assigning the role of Director to Giuseppe Peleggi and Arturo Betunio, respectively General Director of the Customs Agency and Central Regulatory Director of the Tax Authority.
Cristiano Cannarsa is confirmed at the Company's helm in the role of Chairman and CEO, according to the provisions of Decree no. 87 of 27 June 2012 incorporating measures on "increasing efficiency, optimising and disposing of public equity and rationalising economic-financial administration".
