The second edition of the "PMO Round Table 2012", an event aimed at integrating the experience and skills of Italian Project Management Offices, was held on 27 June in Rome, at the Cavour Conference Centre.

The Round Table, which was attended not only by Sogei but also by important companies and organisations, both nationally and internationally, kicked off a debate amongst the Managers or Contact People from corporate PMOs established for at least two years, and enabled participants to share their expertise, best practices and lessons learned.
 
In this context, Sogei illustrated the solution adopted in terms of roadmap, model and mission with an up to date assessment of the main activities and results.
