Certified Email guarantees the integrity of the message and that it is received by the addressee. Sending a Certified Email is equivalent in every aspect of Law to sending a paper document by registered mail with advice receipt.
The Certified Email institutional mailbox can only receive mail coming from the sender's Certified Email mailbox and, similarly, can only send email to users who have a Certified Email mailbox.
As a consequence, Sogei will automatically return any mail which may be received from a non-Certified Email mailbox.
