On 24 February 2010, the National Center for Information Technology in Public Administration, now called DigitPA, inspected the Certification Authority (CA) service and the internal control activities.
During the inspection, conformity of the CA service with the technical regulations regarding digital signature generation, issue and verification and the timely validation of IT documents (DPCM 30 March 2009) was checked, as well as conformity with the guidelines issued by DigitPA.

The objective was achieved thanks to the commitment, professional skill and enthusiasm of the "Innovation, architecture and methods", "Head office logistics and technological systems", "Operating Services", "Systems", "Information Systems" and "Transversal solutions" departments.
