Sogei and Consip, pursuant to art. 4, subsection 3 ter of Italian decree law no- 95 of 6 July 2012, converted by Italian law no. 135 of 7 August 2012, have stipulated an Agreement for goods and services purchasing activities . Under the Agreement, Consip S.p.A., in the role of Purchasing Centre, provid­­es for the execution of the contracting party selection procedures for Sogei.

The purchase of work, goods and services excluded from the scope of the Agreement with Consip S.p.A. are managed by Sogei under its own exclusive responsibility; for such purchases, Sogei operates independently as the Contract Awarding Body.
